Once you fill it out, make sure you have a plan to return your ballot. Election Day is Tuesday November 4th.

Ballots arrive with a prepaid return envelope. No need to buy a stamp.

Ballots must arrive at the Salt Lake County Clerk’s office by 8pm on Election Day. So make sure you mail it back early!

Dropboxes are open 24 hours a day up until 8pm on Election Day. Just drive up and drop it off! Your closest dropbox is outside of the library in downtown SLC (420 S 200 E)

Hi, I’m Blake, and I have been raising my family in District 3 since 2016. I’ve been very involved in our community, serving on the board of the Greater Avenues Community Council (GACC) and helping to organize the annual Avenues Street Fair. My kids attend Ensign Elementary and we have been very involved in supporting and volunteering at the school. Last but not least, we’re an Avenues baseball family and I help coach my son’s team.
